We would all like to part of a rally or protest but why give us only one days notice? Surely most people will not have read this post by tomorrow. We should organize this properly by sending out the message to the community well in advance and getting the required permits (I mean if you want this to be in any way successful that is).

    Freinds

Do not fight we are EB2/EB3/EB1. This is law and instructed by politicians. Divide and rule.

Same thing they did and now and you see the result in IV forum where people fight that create below category

1.Based on educations (US masters/US bachlors/Non US masters/Non US bachleors etc etc)
    2. Based on experience - US experioence non us experience
    3. EB1/EB/2 EB3
    4. L1/H1/b1/b2
    5. Family based
    6 etc etc

If you count the division you can say based on heights, color, marries and non marries status etc.

So stop fighting based on politicians category and help IV to goahead and fight for all.

I personally feel when you fight you have success for one group and no success for other group. So do not feel that EB2 are getting beenfits. I myself is EB3 and expecting GC by 2026

thanks indigokiwi. The deadline is end of March, but we would like a large amount of this raised much earlier, since it involves making reservations, booking appointments, for Eg. with the lobbyist.
We need to raise about $1000 everyday to meet the goal.
    Adding this to post #236

Admins, some anti is going around giving reds to each post of volunteers and donors from 3 days.

I do My GC, Your GC, Our GC and talk about what can be done as a community to get there.

I contribute, do the action items but do not divide the community between EB2 and EB3.

    Why not buddy?
What about you nc14? Do you say YOUR GC, YOUR GC, THEIR GC, HIS GC, HER GC etc??????? and not worry about yours?

Even my case was transferred from NSC to TSC. My I-485 receipt has receipt date as July 3 2007 but the notice date is September 7 2007. My A# is on the receipt but no PD.

I'm seeing lots of folks being greened whose PD is after us. Is it possible that they have PD on their 485 (because I-140 concurrently filed) and so it was picked up by officer? I guess it's not.

In response to infopass officer's request to expedite, I received letter from USCIS (within a week) . It shows my receipt# correct but shows filing date 10/10/2007. Actually, this is receipt date of case transfer to TSC from NSC.

When we tried to schedule infopass (for sep) we found only one are two dates and appointments start from 6 AM. Is this correct? Will the office be open so early? We got a slot at 7.30 AM.

Also once you book an appoinment, I see only 'cancel' option, how to get to modify option?

Thank you for all the help.

Please participate in publicity campaign for the Sep 18th rally at DC (http://immigrationvoice.org/forum/showthread.php?p=141453#post141453)

Dude pls stop advertising about the rally, we all know about it and we're coming. Pls stop posting the same info about the rally over and over again. If the Title in BOLD RED does not attract people's attention on the Homepage i dont think your posts are going to do it either.

at some month before OCT 2007 the dates would become unavailable.

what would happen at that time?

say your case was received by USCIS and they have not issued FP notices.

what if they issued FP notices but not issued EAD and/or AP.
would they still issue an EAD and AP even if your dates are not current(obviously the case was received by them and they issued you a case number)

    any ideas?

I think the answer is yes, we will get our EAD and AP.

USCIS only looks at your PD while they issue case number (when you file for 485) and next when they approve your case (they issue your GC)

they will issue an EAD and AP for all pending applications. EAD and AP don't need PD. as long as you have a case pending with USCIS you can get new/renewed EAD and AP

My EAD renewal is pending as well - RD 6/18 - present EAD expiring on 9/25. I requested expediting processing on 8/13 and received a letter yesterday saying they are reviewing my request and will have a decision in 60 days :

We CANNOT do any thing, when I called USCIS, IO said they can't do either.. wait for 60 days. BS

sparklinks - I got card production ordered email today and LUD on EAD cases online. I sent a request for inquiry thru immigration staff of my Senator (Sen. Kennedy - MA) three days ago. Not sure if that had any role to play in EAD approval.

Check your status and update as our cases were identical. I'll update details of duration of EAD renewal when I get physical cards.

    Good luck.

I think you will get in less than 2 years. It will not take 10 years. Hang on. Total GC process time from applying to labor to getting GC usually is 4 years. some unlucky people had to wait more than that. But more than 80% fall in to 4 year time line.

but some were lucky people got it quickly because they could cut lines.

Thats not true. My PD is March 2005. When my PD comes, I have to apply for EAD whereas others will get GC. Oh such a screwed up system.
